This project has been one of our favorites to date. When the Page's called us they had some ideas of what they wanted their first floor to look like but didn't know how exactly to go about it. We helped them design a renovation that dramatically changed the style and feel of their kitchen, dining room, bathroom and entryway! Some of our favorite aspects were the custom concrete counters, hickory island top, and custom vanity we built for this project. Look for a common harring-bone theme throughout the remodel.
A lot of our time is spent working with investors on their projects. There are a lot of different levels of involvement that those investors have in the houses. This house was a collaboration between one of our recurring investors and our team. Check out how gorgeous this turned out.
Here was a custom basement we built. All the old paneling and brick veneer came out along with the wood stove from the 70’s. In went a new high efficiency pellet stove, drywall all the way around, can lights, carpet throughout the home and high end trim and solid core doors throughout the whole home. Custom pieces we built were the handrails, shelf around the circumference of the room and the floating shelves. The floating shelves were designed to conceal all the wiring for the game systems and TV.
This high end house flip started out as a sad story about a house that had been neglected and abused for years. There were several holes in the roof that had caused major damage and a hoarder that left unimaginable things behind. Water damaged and neglected when our crew got on site we pulled six 30 yard dumpsters of junk and debris from the house in the first four days of demo. Over then next four months the transformation was quite dramatic.
This was another flip house that we had a healthy part in. The investor also put a great deal of hard work into this house to make it a beautiful home for someone. Our crew sanded and refinished the floors, some trim work, the upstairs railing, a window, and other strategic tasks the investor didn’t want to handle! I love when the staging makes my work look good!
